Two dead in shooting in Colorado Springs off S. Nevada Avenue; Investigation underway

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A shooting investigation was underway in Colorado Springs Friday afternoon, after Colorado Springs Police confirm that two people were found dead near E. Las Vegas Street and S. Nevada Avenue. A large area was blocked by police tape near the Taco Bell.

CSPD confirmed that information around 3:50 p.m. As of the time of that update, the circumstances around that shooting were unclear. Police also tell 11 News they don’t believe there is any ongoing danger to the public.
